Jonker watched on as his side were handed a difficult group at next year's tournament, as they were drawn alongside defending champions England, plus France and Wales.
The Netherlands have won eight of their last 10 matches over the last two tournaments (D1 L1); their only defeat in that time came against France, in the 2022 quarter-finals.
Their overall 56% win ratio at the Euros (10 wins in 18 matches) is second only to Germany (78%, 36 wins in 46 matches).
Jonker himself has an impressive record since taking charge of the Netherlands in 2022, winning 10 of his 15 games in charge (D1 L4), averaging a win percentage of 66.67%.

Wiegman led the Netherlands to victory at Euro 2017 while also taking them to the World Cup final five years ago, finishing as runners-up to the United States in France.
The pair have already faced off in last year's Women's Nations League campaign, and Jonker is looking forward to facing his friend at the tournament.
"It is always special because we're friends. Normally, with friends you wish them the best, but as sportspeople we want to beat the other one," said Jonker.
The first match of the final round of group matches took place between Korea and Malaysia and resulted in a 3-3 draw. The splitting of points confirmed Korea's qualification to the semifinal. The draw also ensured that Pakistan would finish second in the group regardless of their result in their last group match against India.
"We want to win. That means you have to hurt your friend. But we are both on the same page and respect for each other won't change.
"We met after the draw. I said to her, 'Did you ever think we would be standing here together?' Our history goes back to the 90s.
"Now we are here on stage and going to play each other in the European Championship. It is a special moment."c9taya
