MANILAwagi8, Philippines — Kanlaon Volcano on Monday night released three discrete ash emission events, said the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
charlestown races and slotsAccording to Phivolcs in an advisory, the ash emissions were recorded between between 7:05 p.m. to 07:40 p.m., 07:49 p.m. to 8:10 p.m., and 8:19 p.m. to 8:43 p.m.
“These events generated grayish plumes that rose 500 meters above the crater before drifting west as recorded by the Lower Masulog Thermal Camera in Canlaon City,” said Phivolcs.
Article continues after this advertisementThe ash emissions occurred after Kanlaon’s earlier emission of dark ash at 11:45 a.m., which lasted for 5 hours 13 minutes and dispersed ash to the general northwest.

Phivolcs then said that Alert Level 3 prevails over Kanlaon Volcano, which indicates magmatic unrest.

A representative from the company told the Inquirer that prospective areas include Iloilo, Davao, Cavite, Bulacan, and Metro Manila.
